The Triple Short film project is the first major project of NAQ Productions, and is the film making debut of Nathan A. Quattrini. The project consists of three short films that were self–funded, self–produced, and done all on a volunteer and barter basis. The aim was to create high quality short films on the local level without large crews or a large budget. Only those with the love of film making were able to join the crews to ensure the highest quality possible would be reached. In return for their volunteer work, the aim is to get everyone work after this project, so the local community can grow with quality experience, and to help the individuals grow in their chosen professions.

The three short films that make up the Triple Short are 'Sons of Lemuria','Five Minutes Flat', and 'American Chop Suey'. The films share a similar theme of action, but were written so each covered a different genre. This was done to better show our dynamic range as film makers as well as to keep the audience interested while watching them. SOL is an emotional drama with action woven in, FMF is a purely action driven martial arts short, and ACS is a Hong Kong style action/comedy.

The films are also the debut starring roles of Brandon Luis Aponte and David Lavallee Jr., two very talented local actors. I hope the Triple Short will help to launch their acting careers.
